Due to high demand, we have been asked to do multiple
classes and will be doing so this fall
On another note I will not be teaching any classes this summer to grow
the bakery and spend time with my family.

Eightfold Eats has transformed completely into a very successful Artisan Bakery and I have been busy trying to keep up and grow the business this year which has proven to be an all consuming task. I wanted to update the website with all pertinent content with regards to the direction things have taken. There is all new information about all products and where they are available. I will still be teaching seasonal classes still along with running and expanding the bakery, so please keep yourself posted.
